Jerome then made a decision to train and become a business coach. In June 2004 Jerome qualified for Gold Master Coach Status, he has just reached in Platinum coach in July 2005 with clients winning awards in November 2005 for “Most Innovative business “.In 2006 Awards won “Business of the year” Coach and having clients winning “Best Financial Results and Action Business of the year” award and is ranked in the Top 100 business coaches in the world.

Before joining Action International, Jerome started Kiwi Mobile Mechanics Ltd “service is the difference” with a partner. Always striving on improving customer service and raising the standard of workmanship. While having Warwick as a coach, implemented action strategies with competitive marketing, he increased the turnover by 65% in a short space of time.

Jerome is married to Linda and has a four year old son, Joshua and a 19 month old boy, Thomas. He also maintains good health by supplementing his diet. Looking at the future with longevity in mind, also enjoys fishing and the outdoors. Finds taichi relaxing and a well balance exercise. This is all possible through his Christian beliefs…
