 1. Jim wears many hats. Jim is first and foremost a blessed child of God, husband to Terri, father to Maureen, Jimmy Jr., and Kellie, then a Business Coach, Servant Leader, and Entrepreneur.

3. Jim is an entrepreneur at heart. Jim has owned several small businesses dating back to when he was fourteen to his most recent company that he founded in 2006. This is in addition to having a distinguished 18-year career moving up the corporate ladder with a then-medium-size company that would eventually grow to be the number one largest company in the Fortune 500, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

4. Jim has received tremendous recognition throughout his career. As an integral part of Wal-Mart's growth across the nation, Jim became the youngest assistant manager promoted to store manager in all of Wal-Mart history, he was named Hutchinson, MN Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year; and took over a troubled store in Martinsburg, WV and lowered their turnover by 60% while increasing sales by 19% and doubling their store profit. Jim took Regional Store of the Year honors in 1994 and Regional and Divisional Store of the Year honors in 1995. He was also ranked in the Top 10 Store Managers within the entire company throughout 1994-1997. Jim also went on to achieve Regional, Divisional and Company District Manager of the Quarter honors several times.

5. Jim is a servant leader. During his tenure at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Jim personally promoted over 300 associates and personally mentored thousands. He also led leadership and diversity seminars forsupervisors, peers, and subordinates.

6. Jim’s passion is small business.  Jim is a licensed Business Coach and Accredited Business Planner with ActionCoach, the World's #1 Business Coaching Franchise (Entrepreneur Magazine, Jan. 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007).

7. Jim’s education and involvement have shaped who he is today. Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville with Honors obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications with minors in Business and Psychology. Jim was active in many collegiate activities including being a three-year starting varsity football outside linebacker, the Vice President and head of the Executive Board of his fraternity.

8. Jim’s favorite hobby is reading.  Jim is a voracious reader of titles on leadership, management, business, economics, self-help, health and spirituality.

9. Jim is extremely active in the community. Jim currently coaches several youth sports including the last four years as a Wilson Elementary School Youth Football Coach. Jim is active in his church, the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce, Knights of Columbus, along with Teen Mentoring. Jim is also an avid supporter of the Lance Armstrong Foundation for Cancer Research and the Children's Miracle Network.
