For 16 years before becoming an ActionCOACH, I operated as Vice-president of Corporate Marketing Services of a large multinational Group, heading an internal consulting team dedicated in assisting their affiliates world wide to develop marketing strategies, sales management tools and sales training in the construction materials industries. This included assisting/coaching selected customers of these affiliates (ranging from retailers and wholesalers to large construction companies) in their own business activities.
Initially trained as an engineer, I have worked in materials research, pollution control, plant process and operations and as project manager of multimillion, large industrial projects, from the feasibility studies all the way to construction and start-ups. Most of these activities were performed for three well-known multinational groups in the chemical and construction materials industries.
After completing business management programs in Canada and the USA, I was put in charge of Business Development for one of these Groups, covering the whole North and South American continents. This experience became foundation to fulfill the VP of Corporate Marketing Services function described above.
