Most of my clients reside from Brigham City to Lehi. My territory is Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Texas, Los Angeles, Orange County, California and Hawaii. Aloha!

I started my career in the Resort Industry. I started working as a Bellman while attending the University of Utah. After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Spanish, I was offered multiple management opportunities. Like most people in the corporate world, I wanted to move up the corporate ladder. "Be careful what you ask for, you might get it!", says Kameron. I worked as a General Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager and eventually worked as a Divisional Vice President for a large outsourced resort management organization. The organization believed in Coaching and hired a gentlement to help them move from a mid-sized company to a large organization with over 3,000 employees. After seeing what Accountability can do for an organization, I knew that I wanted to coach.

As your Coach, I will be working with you in five key areas. The emphasis on each area depends on your needs, the type of business you have, and your goals. The key areas are: Sales; Marketing and Advertising; Team Building and Recruitment; Systems and Business Development; and, Customer Service.

My goal is to help small business owners, such as yourself, spend less time working in your business and more time working on your business. As a small business owner myself, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival of the business and making the amount of money needed to run my business and personal life. I understand what it’s like to put in long hours and wonder what happened to the dreams and vision I had for my life and future.
