Introducing Karen Daly Smith
1. Karen comes from an extensive background working as a senior executive in commercial real estate for international organizations. Karen has a tremendous background in finance, team building, sales training and marketing and has demonstrated strong leadership skills.
2. As a business coach, Karen utilizes her strong listening and empathy skills in gaining strong insights into organizations, teams and individuals and is able to help each one develop a strong plan of action to help them define and reach their goals.
3. Karen received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Maryland in Business Administration and is currently concluding her Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia Biblical University.
4. Karen’s first focus is her faith and as such is very active in her church community. She serves as the treasurer and on the Elder Administration Board at Calvary Church in Souderton, PA and has provided many volunteer hours in working with the Center for Ministry Advancement in helping Christian organizations.
5. As a licensed Business Coach with ActionCOACH, Karen has received extensive training as a Business Coach, seminar presenter and business trainer.
6. Karen will help you develop and refine your ideas. You have great ideas! Some you can put into practice easily. Others are raw and in need of refinement. Karen has acquired a working knowledge of hundreds of marketing, sales, customer service, and teambuilding strategies and knows how to adapt them to your business.
7. As an ACTION business coach, Karen operates under the Greater Lehigh Valley franchise owned by Michelle Landis. She is an active member of the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. Karen actively participates with a BNI group on a weekly basis to help develop new and creative contacts for herself and her clients.
8. Karen is an active outdoor person who loves to run, bike and exercise her golden retriever puppy Bo in the parks and on the trails with her husband, Frank. She loves to cook and entertain and when not studying for her master’s she enjoys reading and catching up with her family.
9. As a business coach, Karen prides herself on listening to her clients and their needs. She is able to maintain an objective view yet provide strong insights in to many areas of her client’s business. Karen is a strong confidant, mentor and trusted advisor to her clients.
