Ken is a 1986 Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA degree in Communications and Rhetoric. After graduation, Ken went to work for the Joseph Horne Company and then Federated Department Stores. In his 17 years in corporate America, Ken was a buyer, manager, Human Resources Executive, and Operations Executive.  In 2004 Ken started his Business Coaching practice and was named one of the Top 100 Coaches globally in 2008.

Ken has had over 800 hours of formal training in coaching business owners,  leaders, and their teams. He has over 3000 hours of on the job coaching and training.

Ken is happily married to Kelli, his wife of 17 years, with whom he is raising two children, Tori and Taylor.  He’s a consistent reader of titles on business leadership and management, marketing, people development, and spirituality. Enjoys golf, running, guitar, and gardening
