Our Freedom Coach Making a Real Difference program is for those people who want to kick their business into high gear and achieve change. Although your business is probably already experiencing steady growth, you feel strongly that working with a Business & Leadership Coach would make a real difference to your lifestyle, and the position of your business in the marketplace. You understand that introducing systems, performance standards as well as a keen look at your business strategy are the key to achieving what you want from your business in the future. (This may be a prelude to your exit strategy!)

This program is not for the faint hearted. You must be committed to change and are not afraid of taking on challenges. Expect to work on all areas of strategic planning in your business, but you will be held accountable & we will work on shedding those old habits that have been holding you and your business back. The Making a Real Difference program combines both personal and business goals and is customized for your business. You will focus on getting results through personal and team leadership development. This program requires a minimum 12 month commitment.

Gold COACHING –

The Step Up Coach Planning the Future program is designed to fine tune previously successful businesses that have been impacted by time and the economy. Your business is doing well, but you may wish to regain the profit and flexibility you had a few short years ago. Currently, you may be too actively involved in the day to day operations of the business, and you do not have a Manager you can lean on when you are not there, someone who will take responsibility for sales management and development while continuing to grow and improve the business, its systems and processes. Your business may be struggling to reach its full potential. You are probably working far too many hours a week and the business would not be able to survive without your constant input.

This program is about succession planning and developing the next generation of leaders as well as continuing to manage the business; growing and constantly improving the day to day operations.

The Planning the Future program includes:

• Focus in on leadership & succession planning
• Developing leaders inside your organization who will be responsible for the growth of the company over the next 24 – 36 months
• Three to four 1-hour business strategy implementation and goal setting sessions each month

A program designed for those small business owners or managers who know they want more out of their business but don't know how to get it. New Start ups or businesses that just need an injection of enthusiasm and guidance each month can benefit from the Empower your Business program. It can also be used as a follow up program for business owners that have completed 12 months of one-to-one mentoring.

TransitionCOACH Exploring the Next Steps

The Transition COACH Exploring the Next Steps program is designed for business owners who have been on a more advanced program for at least two years. Their businesses are typically working without their day-to-day input and have substantially increased profits. The program is designed to guide clients as they explore and embark on future strategies of investment, franchising or other forms of entrepreneurialism to create 'passive income'.

The Exploring the Next Steps program includes:
