Not ready for one on one coaching but want to get your business moving- Action Club is for you! Over the course of seven sessions Action Club will take you through everything from setting your goals and visioning through to team building, marketing, sales management and many of the other fundamentals you need to get your business really moving. Check Point 360 – Evaluate the effectiveness of your managers & leaders. Get honest feedback from as many as 15 to 20 people, the feedback can be from your team, staff, associates and customers on 8 key management competencies:

Team COACHING Programs

Team Coaching can be used to help leaders get the most from every team member and effectively guide the way to the achievement of shared goals by understanding team balance, strengths and weaknesses. How your employees interact with other team members, managers, and clients is critical to the success of your business. Understanding employee’s attitudes and beliefs towards their employers, managers and job functions is a first step toward building a high performance workforce.

Team Personality & Behavior Profiling
Information about your employees values, work ethic, attitudes, learning style, communication style and more, is essential in order to develop a successful team. Team Personality & Behavior Profiling will provide you with the data you need to take a strategic look at your team members. Behavior Profiling is also a fantastic tool, used by Kent’s clients, in the team member selection and interview process or hiring both internally or externally. Once the final 3-5 candidates have been selected Behavior Assessment Tools are then used to further understand and select the right candidate for the job. Team Personality & Behavior Profiling can be used to greater advantage in conjunction with other Team Coaching programs but is also available as a separate service.

There are three primary Personality & Behavioral Profiling methods ( based on the work of Dr. William Moulton Marston (1893–1947)) used by Kent Boehm in Team Coaching.

  1. DISC - is a quadrant behavioral model focusing on the styles, preferences and behavior of an individual.
  2. PXT is an assessment measuring how well an individual fits specific jobs in your organization.
  3. PPI - Profiles Performance Indicator – is a DISC type assessment that reveals aspects of an individual’s personality that could impact their fit with their manager, coworkers and team. Used primarily for motivating and coaching employees & resolving issues.
