Kevin is a consummate top-achiever and has travelled to the largest ActionCOACH firms in Australia and the U.S. to learn and understand their Best Practices and Lessons Learned.
This experience is taught to his Master Licensee Office Staff and is used to guide the Firm Owners on how to best build their business.

Grew up on a 4th generation dairy farm in north-central Wisconsin. Learned how to work hard and to be honest.
Married to Judi for 26 years
Has three children ages 20-25. All are college educated (or in the process of becoming).
Led the start-up of an electronics & software division where he took it from $0 revenue to over $24 million in 4 years.
Grew a $185 million business unit to $285 million in 1 year in the specialty construction equipment market.
Executive responsible for a Joint Venture start up in Beijing, China with a Hong Kong partner. Products were manufactured to serve the Asian market.
