East Midlands, Part of Home Counties, North Wales and North-West England...
1. Tenure...Sally and Neil Sinclair originally joined ActionCOACH in 2001 by first purchasing a Primary License in Auckland, New Zealand. Neil was practising as an Action Business Coach and Sally was the Administrative Manager controlling the office support. In 2003 Neil and Sally were awarded the opportunity to become a Master Licensee in the UK and made a family decision to move here to successfully grow the East Midlands and part of Home Counties as a Master License region with ActionCOACH. The counties in this region are the counties of Derby, Notts, Leic, Warks, Northants, Bed, Herts as well as the Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Rutland District Authorities. In Nov 2006, Neil and Sally purchased a second Master License territory in the UK, being North Wales and North-West England including North Wales, Cheshire, Lancashire and the greater Manchester and Liverpool areas.
2. Success...Sally and Neil Sinclair quickly and successfully grew their ActionCOACH Coaching Business in New Zealand to 15 clients in just 9 months and after 12 months expanded the Coaching team to bring on their first ‘Associate Coach’ to keep the business growing. Since 2001 Neil has Coached and trained in excess of 100 clients in 34 different Industries in many different aspects of Business Coaching and training. Since moving to the UK Neil and Sally have purchased a 2nd ActionCOACH Master License Territory….a clear indication of their success.
3. Breeders of Success...Our team of local franchisees in both regions have a very strong support network that is facilitated and coordinated through the support of Neil and Sally and the rest of our team. We have weekly conference calls, a Team Captain to coach each Action Coach, an Accountability Coach to help you stay focused on your 90-Day Business Plan, there is regular team trainings at least monthly, field support in Marketing, Sales and Coaching Activities when you start and later if you feel you still need it……all this support is focused on one thing – TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS AND YOUR SUCCESS. Neil believes his primary role as an ML and Entreprenuer is to help people ‘Be the best person they can be’.
4. Leadership... Neil believes good Leadership is focusing on a Common Goal and helping the team to achieve that Goal. The Common Goal agreed by the Team in our regions is;

Prior to joining ActionCOACH Neil worked for the Royal New Zealand Air Force for over 18 years. He progressed through the ranks from an Airman to become a Senior Officer gaining vast experience in a number of fields such as personal training and coaching, training design and development, recruitment and personnel management. During his military career Neil also was sponsored to complete a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree at Massey University in New Zealand, completing a Double Major in Management and Marketing. Neil’s progression in the Armed Forces involved leadership and coaching of a large and diverse team of professionals through many cultural and commercial challenges as the Armed Forces went through major restructuring. Having achieved his main objectives by the age of 36 years in the Armed Forces, the time to look for new challenges coincided with the arrival of ActionCOACH into his life.
6. Family... We have been very happily married for over 22 years (Neil claims you get less for murder) and are actively raising our two beautiful daughters, Sarah and Amelia, to be happy, confident and successful, to passionately follow their dreams and to give back...
7. The Team We Are Building... As the Master Licensees for two regions in the UK, our job is to ensure 'the right people get on the bus' in our territory. We are building a team of 100 Coaches in each region to Coach just 1% of the 150,000 businesses in the SME Market within each region.
