Lee's Business Story:
Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Lee launched and developed several successful businesses. Most of these were stand-alone companies. But, four were businesses inside of one of the best companies in the world, Hewlett-Packard. These businesses ranged from retail sales, to commercial and residential services, to high tech, to business-to-business consulting. The vast majority of these businesses were financially successful... and Lee says that he "learned a lot from each of them."
In 2001, Lee tried to retire. But, he can't seem to sit in one place very long. So, in March of 2003, he joined Action International which has become known as ActionCOACH. By joining the ActionCOACH worldwide team, Lee combined his years of business experience with the experience and knowledge of over 400 Action Coaches world wide and his learning continued. Since 2003, Lee's extended team has grown to over 1,200 ActionCOACH Business Coaches in over 25 countries.
"In my first eighteen months with ActionCOACH, I learned more about business than I had in the first eighteen businesses I launched." Lee said.
In 2004, Lee expanded his ActionCOACH team in Georgia and created a small ActionCOACH business coaching firm known as ActionCOACH Cornerstone. In 2005, he expanded his business reach by becoming the Master Licensee for the state of Tennessee and in 2008, Lee expanded into Arkansas, Kentucky and West Virginia.
In His Spare Time:
When Lee is not focused on finding and developing great business coaches to help the business leaders in these four states, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter in Suwanee, GA.
In addition, he enjoys speaking to groups of business and community leaders as well as reading and writing business articles and books.
