WHY ACTIONCOACH?

ActionCOACH and Lee Munch will offer you programs ranging from workshops (general and customized), groups (standard and customized), to customized mentoring programs. This is business coaching and this is what is helping businesses all around the world. ActionCoach and Lee Munch will determine together what is best for you – after all, it is YOUR business. Typically, we meet together in order for me to obtain a high level idea of where you are now, and where the biggest challenges lie (this can be done face to face or over the phone). Then I go back and put together the best solutions for you – customized to address your needs, from simple to intense. We come together again to review the solutions, and decide the next steps. They work something like this:

1. ActionCoach and Lee Munch will work on you. We start business coaching by figuring out where you are right now, and determining where you really want to take you business. Once we know where we are headed, we can lay out an ACTION plan to get you there. We make the plan easily executable by simplifying it, and establishing small “bite size” milestones.

2. ActionCoach and Lee Munch will work on the current team. We see where they are now, adjust as needed, and engage them in the new focus, and get their “buy-in”. We accomplish this through workshops (with and with out you), individual meetings (as needed), and personality profiling (tests range from $30 - $250 per person). Together we implement new processes which ultimately create updated job description manuals for current positions, as well as for those which will be created (or filled) down the road.

3. ActionCoach and Lee Munch will review the new documents, to ensure that compensation plans for the business coaching are in line, and set up performance criteria tied into it. This is how we get everyone on the same page, and take away “surprises” and uncertainty. It is now black and white, and since they help create it, they feel more of the ownership.

4. ActionCoach and Lee Munch will focus on growth. Now that all of the pieces are in place and functioning at a high level, we plan for the next level. We work on this in a number of different ways, depending on the direction. Growth occurs naturally during the course of our time together, even is it is through greater productivity and involvement. It soars once we solely focus on it, and you are well prepared for it.
