- Coached the Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Auditing of a global billion dollar company to improve each of their inter-divisional processes and the profitability of the company. Six months after coaching, both were selected into the Chairman's Club for their exemplary contribution along with 14 other employees throughout the world.

- Coached a parking company to increase market penetration, enter new markets and increase profitability. Company opened more new parking lots in 2005 than in the previous 5 years, started a new parking consulting business and increased net profit in 2005 by 70% over 2004. 2006 resulted in an increased net profit of 17% over 2005, including a 14% increase in net profit margin.

- Assisted executive management of a multi-billion dollar soft-drink company redefine their vision and mission arising from a national reorganization
- Coached the president of an $18 million company to disentangle his embattled board of directors
- Assisted a Regional Sales Manager of a $50M company in dramatically increasing sales and effectiveness by realigning sales strategies and developing lead generation and client acquisition programs; went from #3 to #1 of four (4) regions

- Twenty-five years of successful management, sales and marketing in small and medium sized companies
- Directed and managed the sales and implementation programs of a $25M U. S. Air Force avionics contract for the Air Force in both the United States and Europe. Contract partners were General Dynamics Corporation and Georgia Tech Research Institute
- Lead 150 people in 13 states in positions of management, product marketing, sales, customer support, programming and field engineering. Worked with revenues of $15 million and a budget of $3.2 million
- Developed and implemented an international sales and marketing program in Mexico, Canada and the Pacific Rim area for a voice and data communications company
