- We have created a system where there was a minimal sales tracking system before. I've adapted what I've learned to my specific micro-business and our more
lengthy sales cycle.
- I have more knowledge and awareness now of sales planning, the importance of networking process and of course the all important sales follow-up.
- I have scheduled in the 'big rocks' of marketing - the 'critical non-essentials' which take time, strategy then execution, which is all non-billable, but essential.
