This is a customized 1-hour, one-on-one business coaching session once per week. It’s tailor-made for the individual needs of your business. Strategies include lead generation, conversion rate, increasing the number of transactions and the average dollar sale, as well as profit margin. You will learn time management, testing & measuring, as well as the principles of leverage and systemization. (1 CPE credits per 1 hour session.)
• 6 Steps to a Better Business Seminar- Learn the six steps essential to creating sound, long-term business growth as well as 5 strategic ways to increase profits. (2 CPE credits per 2 hour session.).
