She received her Bachelors degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University, and her Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Marcia is a founding member and the current President of the Central Pennsylvania Association of Female Executives. She is a member of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Hershey Partnership, the West Shore Chamber of Commerce, and a long time community volunteer through her membership with the Junior League of Harrisburg.
