My name is Anthony Cannard I own and manage Kingston Kitchens. We design, manufacture and install kitchen cabinets to the higher end of the market. I have been in business in one form or another for over twenty two years.
I have had the assistance of Marcus Kroek as my business coach for the last two and a half years. The growth and satisfaction I have had in this time is the most profitable I have had in all my time in business. I owe the majority of this to Action Coaching.

Before we began coaching, my wife and I had created a healthy and profitable business. However, we had been working to take it to the next level, a business that required our input less and was more profitable.
Having attended an ActionCOACH seminar run by Marcus we became aware of the ideas and systems that could lead us to a profitable business that could run without us.

He has clarified the importance of procedures and assisted with the production of a procedure manual. He has helped us with the recruitment process that saw our team grow by 25%. ‘Coach’ does not really do justice to what Marcus gives us. He is very generous with his time and his knowledge, constantly offering support above and beyond his job description. It is great to have him sharing our dream trip, guiding us in running our business, pushing us to be our best.
