Marty Shea is no stranger to success as both a business owner and competitive player in the corporate world… His “indoctrination” into the business world started in the late 1970’s as he hired to take on a management position with a successful and rapidly expanding restaurant group. Coupled with his passion to Coach and lead teams, Marty succeeded in climbing the “corporate ladder” and eventually was promoted to Operations Director, a position he declined as Marty had designs on starting his own business.

2. In 1987, Marty became the co-founder of a single unit restaurant in San Francisco. Applying solid business principles and strategies which unbeknownst to him, would be part of his Coaching Curriculum 20+ years later, Marty worked to build the Restaurant group to a Commercial Profitable Enterprise that now works without him.

3. The business now operates 22 restaurants and still growing. Marty exited his business and turned it over to his management team in 2006 to pursue further personal development and spend time with his family. He ultimately strives to become significant in others personal and professional growth.

4. Aside from his family, Marty’s two passions in life are Business and Coaching. As a successful business owner, he knows all too well the challenges and opportunities that present themselves to all Small Business owners. Marty is also an avid runner, cyclist and hiker who has completed several marathons and ultra-marathons in addition to many treks in US, India and Nepal. He is actively involved in his Church, working with programs that introduce and teach youth to follow God’s principles and administer them in everyday life.
