Four and a half Years ago, I was a stubourn business owner. 
I owned and ran a couple of retail stores, worked over 60 hours a week, rarely took holidays and also thought I was 'bullet proof'. 
The money I was making was good and the future looked bright, then the unexpected happened...
My wife became ill, and my business and family was tipped on it's side.
How would you operate a business when you are needed at home to look after your wife and two boys?
I had a 'successful' business which totaly depended on me. Every time I stepped out of the business, it fell apart.
What I had realy created for myself was a JOB. 

This was the point for me. I had to make a change. I took on an ActionCOACH.
I committed 12 Months on creating a 'commercial, profitable enterprise that works without me'. 
Here I am, 2009 and owner of multiple businesses. My Family is great, healthy and happy, and I invest my time into my passion.
I am a Director and CEO of the firm in the Eastern Suberbs of Sydney. We are a team of 10 coaches who brings a wealth of different business experience.
