1)     Owner of  M.H. Stelter Enterprises, Inc – an ActionCOACH business coaching franchise since 2005. Winner the 2005 “Rookie of the Year” award in the WI/MN region and a Finalist for “Global Rookie of the Year” in 2005. 

2)     Internationally recognized business coach with expertise in marketing and sales, organizational leadership and management, operations and finance, family business counseling, strategic planning and business transfer. Since 1991,has personally coached over 98 small to medium sized enterprises honing his ability to rapidly deploy strategies to enhance the profitability of small to medium sized enterprises, producing astounding results for owners and investors.

3)     Co-Founded Family Options Funeral & Cremation Services in Racine, Wisconsin in 1999, realizing annual growth rates 40% - 65% each year for the first 5 years with volumes of funeral sales exceeding $3.5 million. In the 5 years as president, his team served over 1000 families in Southeastern Wisconsin and increased market share by 220%.

4)     Stelter Properties, LLC (his real estate business) has built over $1.4 million of assets that have grown at 58% in less than 15 months. In Serenity Services, LLC (his insurance sales business) has built a team of highly qualified and trained salespeople that achieved sales of over $45 million.

   My Personal Proclamation

 

I AM a Man that is, above all else, a Family Man. I prioritize my time accordingly. I act with Love and compassion when my family and friends need my time and attention. I provide a warm, safe and loving home. I offer advice and council from my heart and mind with Love and Integrity. It is an honor to have the Trust of my family and friends – and giving them my Trust is one way that I build self-esteem in others. My physical health and well-being is important to me because it will allow me to spend more time with my family and improve my quality of life.

 

I AM a successful and effective Business Coach.  
I honor my clients by listening to their wishes, dreams goals and desires.   I acknowledge that ALL growth comes from change and that most everyone experiences perturbation when confronted with change. My role as coach help my clients achieve their objectives by providing guidance, accountability, motivation and direction.

 

I AM in awe of the power of Communication: 
Written or verbal, business or personal, the inability to communicate means to be ineffective and in constant chaos. I listen to what is said and watch how the words are being delivered. This awareness provides great insight into both the person attempting, and message being attempted, to communicate with me. Being able to accurately share thoughts, concepts and ideas with others will lead to success because so many people cannot. This, like Perfection, is a path, not a destination. There are always ways to improve.

 

I AM centered in the NOW: 
My time and attention is delegated based on the Prioritized Order I give to people and tasks in my life. I am in Balance so as to not neglect things or people that are important to me. Focused mental energy is a powerful tool and is most effective when done in the moment. This does not mean I do not reflect on the past or look at options in the future, but see true Power in experiencing the moment.

 

I AM an Entrepreneur:  
The challenges, frustrations, benefits and rewards of creating and building a new business bring happiness, learning, growth, freedom and rewards to my life. Business provides me the opportunities to expand my skills in Leadership, Vision and allows me to develop my Intuition and Imagination. The manifestation of a raw idea into a real entity is a truly magical experience in this life.

 

I AM a Spiritual Being having a Human Experience. 
Spirit is all around and through us. My mind manifests and controls what my reality is. I have Faith that, if my thoughts are positive and my mind is pure, Spirit will provide what is best for me and my life – even if I don’t necessarily recognize what is best for me at that time. I believe that each lifetime provides the environment for at least one major lesson, and it is our eternal responsibility to learn that life-lesson and master it. I approach life as a Mystic by learning the laws of Nature and integrating them into my life.
