1.       Michelle is an educator and business professional with over 20 years experience in the business world running both small and medium size businesses. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing, re-engineering, change management and leadership/team development.

 

2.       Michelle developed a keen understanding and empathy for the challenges small businesses face when she was COO and acting president of GE Capital’s SBA business. This experience drove Michelle’s desire to help small businesses thrive and prosper.

 

3.       She received a Master degree in Management, Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Millersville University. She is a graduate of GE’s world renowned executive training program and is a certified Six Sigma Leader.

 

4.       As a licensed Business Coach with ACTION International, Michelle has received extensive training as a Business Coach, seminar presenter and business trainer.

 

5.       Throughout her career, Michelle has travelled the world learning how business is done on a global basis and training and educating business professionals on basic business practices.

 

6.       As an ACTION business coach, Michelle owns and operates her own business; her business serves the Greater Lehigh Valley. She is a member of both TRACC and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber and is a board member of TRACC’s Small Business Council. Michelle is also an active member of the Executive Forum of Lehigh Valley.

 

7.       Michelle loves to learn and is passionate about sharing what she learns. She strongly believes in the benefits of every business working with a Business Coach and is currently being mentored by two business coaches.

 

8.       She has found that most business owners have at least one of three issues: (1) they need more sales/profits; (2) they struggle with building the right team of people; and/or (3) they spend too many hours working in their business with personal time almost non-existent.

 

9.       Michelle’s balance and diversity of experience shines through her in coaching style…she has a passionate, warm and eminently practical communication style that makes her one on one coaching, group training, and presentations fun, effective, and profitable.

 

10.   As a business coach, Michelle listens first, and then takes action, with and for the business owner. She is a business advisor, mentor and confidant focused on achieving business and personal success for each individual business owner she coaches.
