I have learned so much by working with Michelle that I don't know where to begin. Before Michelle came along:
I worked 12-14 hour days everday-7days a week.
I would not let anybody else help me do my work for fear of it not being completed properly...
I did not follow a "budget" or look at the "numbers" on a regular basis...
I had a lot of ideas, but never would follow through on them...
Since Michelle came along:
I now hired 2 more employees to assist me with my work, which therefore enables me to leave after only an 8-9 hour day. Yes, my 6 employees can do the work that I expect of them. We now work as a team together.
I now look at my business in a totally different way-as a business. "I pay special attention to the budget, watch my numbers weekly, and chart everything. It's amazing to see the growth.
Michelle gave us a lot of new ideas, and made sure we got them accomplished.
Our business is growing at a rate of 25% monthly...
I now have a mission statement, before I didn't even know what one was.
Michelle has helped our business out tremendously. Her expertise has given us a new outlook on marketing, budgeting, and overall how to run a business more efficiently. In addition to helping me grow a very successful business, she has also given me my evenings back to spend my time with my new grandson.

We began working with Michelle in February 2005. At that time, our center was operating at a breakeven point with a cash reserve that was not supportive of the size of our center. By using Michelle's coaching advice, our cash reserve has increased 800% and we have a manageable, up-to-date accounts payable that allows us to take advantage of discount periods and avoid late fees.
Michelle has taught us to look at various aspects of our business such as: team training/development, financial development of systems and checklists, time management, cash flow analysis and continuous quality improvement.
By applying what we have learned from Michelle, our employee absentee rate is now manageable. A professional hiring procedure is now in place.
