·      29 years as a successful business owner and executive with experience in marketing, sales, operations, team leadership, engineering, logistics, quality and process improvement, training, management, financing, and human resources.

·       Coached and mentored numerous businesses and executives in small, medium and large companies. Producing results which vary from 50% to 100% increase in net profit per year, and enhanced systems and team.

·       As VP to a publicly traded company directed the strategy  to position them for a $200M investment to support a national expansion.  This was based on out of the box strategies, disciplines and direction that I provided over the past 3 years. It is the first time since going public in 2001 that they have been able to position a pitch to large investors.

·       Established and grew my own private company to the position of No1 importer and distributor of Video Multimedia solutions (Australia). Established distribution to every major retailer and reached $5M in revenue in under 3 years, (260% growth per year). Captured 40% market share in that time and managed a team of 29 staff and contractors.

·       Led a number of successful consulting assignments for Computer Sciences Corporation during the mid 90’s to Fortune 100 clients. Trained, mentored and coached organization change and transformation using methodologies and systems which reduced traditional project development costs by up to 80%, from $3-5M down to $300k-500k.

·       Managed multiple projects from $500k up to $20 Million, the largest of these required resources spanning across several continents and over 100 people.

·       Managed a team of 12 customer service hardware and software engineers for IBM supporting a customer base region with approx 3,500 clients, and led the product release, management and training programs to the finance and banking industry within the Australasia region to Multi-Billion banks with over 1,200 branches each.

·       Electronics engineering, ISO 9000 accreditation, customer service awards, leadership and management training, to name but a few.

·       Married 20 years. Great family, 2 kids in their teens – daughter and son.

·       Recovered from near death experience 10 years ago, which changed my life and led me to my recent coaching and mentoring career and successes that would have otherwise not being possible.
