Introducing Neil Sinclair

Neil is a very successful Business Entrepreneur who is passionate about helping people create a more abundant lifestyle for themselves and their families through developing successful businesses.

Having ‘escaped the Corporate and Bureaucratic Rat Race’ Neil purchased, built then sold 2 companies in the last 10 years, so Neil is very familiar with the attributes, dedication and disciplines needed by people to grow successful companies.
Born and raised in New Zealand, but now living permanently in the UK since 2003, Neil is currently the CEO and one of the Directors for Coaching 4 Profit Ltd which is the ActionCOACH Business Coaching Master Licensee for the East Midlands, Northern Home Counties, and Northwest and Scottish regions of the United Kingdom. Within these regions Neil leads and supports a team of over 25 coaches with an additional 90 coaches throughout the UK.

Neil is also recognised as one of the leading Global Trainers for the ActionCOACH Business Coaching Sales system where Neil coordinates and trains ActionCOACH Franchisees worldwide how to effectively conduct Sales of the ActionCOACH Product and services through developing trusting relationships with Business Owners whom are considering working with an ActionCOACH.

Neil is also a very experienced and successful Business Coach whom has been coaching since 2001 and during this time has coached in excess of 100 Business Owners or General Managers in dozens of different Industries.

Before becoming a Business Entrepreneur and ActionCOACH Business Coach, Neil served in the Royal New Zealand Air Force for over 18 years. With strong personal values and attributes such as loyalty, honesty, Integrity, discipline, drive and enthusiasm, Neil progressed through the ranks from an Airman to become a Senior Officer. Neil gained vast experience in a number of fields such as personal training and coaching, training design and development, recruitment and personnel management. During his military career Neil also was sponsored to complete a
Bachelor of Business Studies Degree at Massey University in New Zealand, completing a Double Major in Strategic Management and Marketing.

Neil is committed to investing his substantial training, experience and strong personal attributes to help others achieve their primary aim in life, through his leadership, coaching and support and the ActionCOACH Business Coaching global network. Neil see’s his primary role as a Business
Entrepreneur and Coach is to be a ‘Liberator of Abundance’ helping people achieve greater success in life through growing successful business.

Neil has been married to his wife and ‘childhood sweet-heart’ Sally for over 26 years and has two daughters Sarah and Amelia.
