Dear Neil,    Re: Comments - Professionally sceptical

I wanted to take a moment to give you feedback on my experience of ActionCOACH.

Prior to entering Due Dilligence I investigated the franchise, checking not only it’s prowess in the field, but even investigating it’s legitimacy. It’s true to say I remained professionally sceptical for some considerable time. I did everything I could to find any evidence of the franchise model not being all I hoped.

I found the people I met genuine but still reserved judgement both of the success of ActionCOACH and my suitability to running a practice.

I entered Due Dilligence in early 2007 and after completion went on training in the States in mid 07. I found training to be a very powerful experience, consolidating my expectations of the franchise. I, like many, have made friendships that I’m sure will endure a lifetime. To enter such an intense regime of study later in life was very hard, but truly rewarding. Post training was even tougher as I scrambled in the first few days to implement the vast array of change. It was at this point that the real power of Action and the support afforded by Neil, his wife Sally and the wider team, took on a whole new significance. 

I had expected help but underestimated its abundance and the genuine concern they afforded me. The family experience in training is perhaps even more evident from the ML Team and my fellow coaches.

Within 2 weeks of starting my practice I signed my first client, two more followed in quick succession. I may be one of the more fortunate coaches, but within 4 months I had 6 clients,  banked £16,000 in a month and have within the last 8 weeks signed another 4 clients.

To date my clients love what I have done for them, I have many clients reporting that I am changing their lives! With all reporting staggering results, “Sales up 227%” “Profits increasing” “The impact (of coaching) has been truly amazing“ “ The coaching is great value for money” These are all contained in testimonials I’ve received from my clients.

I have had to work very very hard to establish my practice. Be prepared to work very long days during the initial establishment of your business. I am no longer sceptical about ActionCoach and, most importantly, nor are my clients.

The support from Action for a new coach is just tremendous. Between the Team Captain, Accountability Coach, the coaches academy, the 'Kick-start Programme, the regional team, the internet forums, conference call learning, and just general help whenever you ask for it from other coaches, there is as much help on almost any subject as you could possibly want. 

In terms of getting your business off the ground it's up to you how fast you want to go. The sales training and support systems are extensive, and if you follow the ActionCOACH systems your success is just a measure of the work you put in. The Action sales systems are extremely well thought out and they work. 

The material for teaching clients and their teams are just awesome in the scale of what is available and how well it is put together. If there is a better business teaching information base in the world I would love to see it. Clients and prospective clients just lap up the material. It's a joy to teach.

 Since joining the team, I have had nothing but support from you, Sally the Head Office team and all the Coaches from around the world. Everyone has been friendly and helpful.  The systems are there for you to use. Indeed, my primary lead generation strategy has been one taken from the system and has led to great results for me. If you are unable to find what you want from the system, then the network of Coaches not only here but around the world are more than willing to help.

 From a relatively slow start, my business really took off in mid 2007 when my wife left her job to join me full time in the business. Again, the support and advice you and Sally provided was really helpful during this period of change in our lives and our business.

 Becoming a Business Coach has really changed our lives massively. We now have much more time to spend together as a family and that is something that you can’t put a value on. Going forwards, this to me is such a huge benefit of operating my Franchise in that I have the freedom to work as much as I want and be rewarded for it accordingly. It really is such a remarkably simple equation that means we can maintain balance in out lives.

 Financially, my year has been ahead of schedule which is brilliant and has allowed me to purchase assets and still have enough left over to remain comfortable. Going forwards, I am confident that I will maintain the growth I achieved this year. This has ensured that even with an expanding family, we can still do what we want to, when we want to.

 Emotionally, the year has been challenging. The term “roller coaster” is one used often in Action and with good reason. I have (and still am) riding that roller coaster on a monthly, weekly, daily and even hourly basis! I suppose that’s what makes this business so interesting, there’s never a dull moment!

 My personal growth has been enormous. As a person I have changed massively and for the better. I am much stronger mentally and have such confidence in my ability. This business does challenge you and make you ask questions of yourself you may not have asked before. This means that you are growing and developing which is what I am passionate about doing on a continual basis.

Confidence also comes from getting clients massive results. Indeed, the satisfaction I get from achieving tangible and intangible wins with my clients is immeasurable. When you see your client growing and achieving, it’s a really proud moment and one that from a business sense is really important as those same clients will refer new business your way too.

 All in all, a brilliant year that has exceeded all my expectations and has really made me raise the bar when it comes to setting my future goals now that I know exactly what can be achieved with application and hard work.

 Once again, I would like to thank you, Sally, the HO team and all the Coaches from around the world. A finer group of people you couldn’t wish to meet.
