You now have staff and them staff need to be motivated, they need to be trained, they need systems to work effectively, they need to feel valued and they need to give you confidence that they can look after your customers for you. But you have found it hard to adapt, you are fire-fighting, dealing with problems, many of which have been caused by the staff that you took on to solve in the first place, so you sometimes think about just going back to being a small business or quitting all together and just getting a job.

As a small business owner myself, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day challenges of a business. I understand what it’s like to put in long hours and how easy it can be to forget about my dreams and not spend enough time with my children. Working smarter is an absolute necessity to ensure that your business moves forwards. I know how important it is to regularly take that step back and look at what both I and the business are doing then learning new skills to improve it.

I am here to help you to do the same. We will work together to redefine your dreams and vision, and then we will put into place the necessary systems, strategies, and tactics that will allow you to turn your business venture into a thriving, successful one. Whether your business is in its infancy or it has been running for 30 years, it doesn't matter. Having the right attitude to learning and the commitment to break old habits and beliefs and replace them with new more effective ones is the key.
