Nick is one of the earliest ActionCOACH business coaching franchisees. He is now the second longest serving business coach in the global group and he's in Melbourne. He's helped over 180 businesses in one-on-one Business and Executive Coaching assignments over the past 13 years. Nick coaches on average 30 individual businesses at any given time. These sessions are private and confidential. Coaching that many businesses has led to Nick being involved in practically every industry.
2. Business Ownership and Corporate Experience
Nick has a combined 27 years business experience. He is a director in his ActionCOACH Franchise and another businesses which is run entirely under management and follows our principle of working "On your business" instead of "In your business" which we coach all of our clients. Nick's accounting background took him to roles as a Financial Controller in his previous 3 positions and various other accounting roles before that, in many industries ranging from manufacturing, distribution and professional services.
3. Qualifications
Nick is a qualified accountant having a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and is a CPA. He is a Platinum Master Business Coach and is highly regarded within the company as one of the leaders of the group. Many of the systems the group uses today world-wide were developed by Nick. He has trained new coaches and presented regularly at annual international conferences.
