1 - 1 Coaching
ActionCOACH's coaching programs have helped hundreds of business owners achieve significant results in their businesses. Our 1 - 1 coaching programs help business owners to focus and devote the time necessary to achieve measurable results.
What's it all about?
I work with the business owner(s)/managing director and often with their senior management team.
I focus on helping the business leaders to achieve their objectives, both near and longer term. Very often the challenges we work on with businesses are around:
Time -how much of your time are you spending in your business –and do you want to change it?
Team -do you want to improve the performance of the team in your business?
Money -is there a way to improve the sales, profitability and cashflow in your business?
So how does business coaching work?
* Regular contact (telephone or face-to face), usually weekly
* Set goals – long and short-term
* Work on one issue at a time together
* Track key performance indicators, including cashflow and profitability
* Test and measure new ideas to create more profit
* Put systems in place
* Celebrate successes
As a business coach and mentor I will
* hold you accountable and ensure that measurable progress is made
* brainstorm issues with you and work out a way forward
* be there to discuss business and team issues in confidence
* introduce new ideas and tools
* help you understand yout own and your team’s preferred way of working and so improve
team effectiveness and communication
