Peter began his illustrious career initially in Advertising with top International Ad Agencies like Ogilvy & Mather, FCB and Lintas Worldwide(now Lowe Worldwide) where he helped build brands for clients like Nestle, Unilever, Guinness, Citibank, Colgate-Palmolive, Richardson-Vicks(now part of P&G) and Warner Lambert.

Upon the invitation of one of his clients, Peter left Advertising consultancy to join Unilever and help strengthen the marketing team. He moved up various positions of increasing responsibilty and then took up the role of Sales and Marketing Director at Kraft General Foods where he later assumed the position of General Manager,Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Just before acquiring the ACTION Business Coaching franchise for West Malaysia, Peter's last corporate assignment had been with another international food company where he held a regional position with responsibility for several South-East Asian countries. In this last job Peter had steered the company back to recovery after a devastating business crisis.

In early 2003, Peter decided to leave corporate life and get into business for himself.
