Introducing Peter Lepinski

After graduating University with a degree in Business Administration, I joined and served with the Canadian Forces for approximately 8 years. Following my service I joined a national oil company as a regional manager working in the retail and wholesale part of the business.. In 1995 with having a young family, I started my own business and operated that until selling and joining a national industrial supply company in the positions of Branch Manager then as the District Sales Manager looking after all of Northern Alberta. I recently held the position of General Manager for a regional home building company. I have now started ActionCoach, Northern Alberta.

My experiences have developed and honed, my leadership, team building, organizational, planning, training, employee and time management skills. I have had success at running a small business, increasing market share, increasing sales from $2.8 million to $8.3 million. Besides the financial gains I have been able to work with business owners to help them with achieving increased sales, profitability and quality of life.

I am able to bring this vast experience, expertise and ActionCoach’s proven success system to your business to help you with your goals and business objectives.

As your coach, I will be working with you in five key areas. The emphasis on each area depends on your needs, the type of business you have, and your goals. The key areas are: Sales; Marketing and Advertising; Team Building and Recruitment; Systems and Business Development; and, Customer Service.

My goal is to help business owners/managers, such as yourself, spend less time working in your business and more time working on your business. In the end, you'll be spending less total time working and will be making more money. I’d also like to help you put the FUN back in your business and your life.

As a business owner myself, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival of the business and making the amount of money needed to run my business and personal life. I understand what it’s like to put in long hours and wonder what happened to the dreams and vision I had for my life and future.

I am here to help you change all of that. We will work together to redefine your dreams and vision, and then we will put into place the necessary systems, strategies, and tactics that will allow you to turn your business venture into a thriving, successful one.
