Phil is a seasoned, experienced former executive with over 30 years of practical hands on work experience in companies such as Western Airlines, American President Lines (a transpacific Inter-modal company), Burlington Northern Railroad and the Harlem Globetrotters.  Most of these companies are major Fortune 500 companies.  Phil has managed a staff of over 600 people with multi-million dollar budgets.  During his time with each company, there were significant cost reductions, primarily through process and efficiency improvements. He built a reputation of being able to determine, in short order, major changes to improve efficiency and results.

This vast experience translates into being able to analyze your business in a very short time period and determine where immediate improvements can be made to improve profitability.  Phil has spent many years focusing on process improvements - which applied to any business can result in increased profitability and effectiveness.
