Ray has had over 26 years of hands on, managerial and entrepreneurial experience in a broad range of his own businesses. These include freehold ownership and operation of innovative Hotel/Motel/Entertainment Venues, Racetrack Functions and Catering, a range of developed Pasta sauces sold in National Supermarket Chains, a multi award winning venue within the Australian Bridal Industry and building and renovating several homes.
Along the journey Ray has been no stranger to coaching having trained eighteen of his own apprentices and remains a lifelong friend and mentor to many of his trainees.
This experience gives him first-hand knowledge of the demands on business and Ray understands the need to budget correctly for those bas payments and how to dig deep to find out where those unnecessary dollars are being spent. Helping to solve these frustrations is what drove ray to get into business coaching.
Ray has a strong work ethic and firmly believes in a true work-life balance.
