ActionCLUB

ActionCLUB is an amazing sixteen week program for start-ups or those who are not ready for 1-to-1 coaching.

The Winchester ActionCLUB is eight evening sessions on everything from setting your goals and vision right through to team building, marketing, sales and many of the basic fundamentals you need to get your business really moving. It's like getting a semester of business education but it's all proven in the real world and ready for you to implement immediately. So you're focused on what you can do today to get your business moving. In the weeks between the groups meetings, Rene will follow up in a one on one mentoring session to make sure that the course material is understood and implemented.

In the eight meetings, we cover the following:
1.Creating Your Future - Covers how to set goals, how to develop clarity on what you're creating and how to accomplish it.
2. Generating Cashflow - Covers what are the keys to profitability and leverage, how to do more with less.
3. Streetwise Marketing - Covers what sets you apart from the competition and how can you use that to get more customers buying more often from you.
4. Sales Made Simple - Covers how to sell effectively, handle objections and improve your communications.
5. Build a Great Team - How to build the dream team you've always wanted and how to be a great leader.

How often does it happen that you have great ideas, but you never bring them in practice? Or you start on something great in your business, yet you never complete it?

Our quarterly group coaching program might be something for you:

you sign up, create your business' Action Plan for the next 90 days at the Growthclub event. You will then, with no more than four other business owners, work on executing your Action Plan in the 13 weeks that follow.

It is a bit like weightwatchers. The main focus in this program is 'Accountability', you have to show up every week, and discuss your progress on working on your business with the coach and the other business owners. This form of group coaching is ideal for small business owners who cannot afford full one on one coaching yet, however they realize that accountability and feedback from a coach will move their business further.
