1. Ria is a Business Coach who loves nothing more than helping her clients get great results. Testament to this is the fact that she won the National award for Best Client Results in 2007, was finalist for the European Best Client award in 2007 and the National Best Client Award in 2006.

2. Ria has helped over 200 business owners get more of what they want from their businesses from making more money, finding more time to getting more from their teams.

3. Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH Business Coach in Jan 2006, Ria spent 8 years working as a Business Consultant specialising in Change Management. Some of the companies she worked with include AIB, Ericsson, Bank of Ireland, KPMG.

4. Ria loves learning and education which is part of the reason she has formed a career in it. She has achieved four university qualifications – B.A. in European Studies, A Postgraduate Diploma in Computing and a Masters in Business Studies (completed while in full time employment) – all from University of Limerick and a Certificate in Political Studies from IEP in Bordeaux, France.

6. Ria is originally from Kilkenny in the South East of Ireland and married Kerryman Padraig who brought her to Kerry in the South West! She was happy to move to Kerry as it didn’t compromise her hurling loyalty!!

7. Ria combines family life with her role as a Business Coach and is the proud mother of her little boy Georgie and little girl Eliza.
