ActionCLUB

 

ActionCLUB is an amazing bi-monthly program for those who have an established business and want to create real momentum towards their growth goals.  This program is well suited for business owners with a small team that’s facing expansion and new growth challenges.  Sharing ideas with like-minded business owners in the areas of goal setting, team building, new market development, sales strategies, delivery and execution, process management and financial controls.  ActionCLUB demands real commitment from business owners, as they will be accountable not simply to their coach, but also to each other for completing tasks formulated to grow their business.  These 2 hour sessions fly by as business owners learn new business strategies and focus on the priorities that will get their business heading in the right direction.

 

 

 

LEARN  -  IMPLEMENT  -  GROW  -  REPEAT

 

A curriculum-based business re-education designed for business owners

 

Who should attend? Business owners generating less than $2M in annual sales.

 

How long is it? The group sessions are every 2 weeks for 18 weeks and then it repeats.

 

What else do I get? A 15-minute accountability call is made on the off-week to ensure you are on track to achieving the goals for the 2-week period. There are also 2 one-hour sessions with a coach; one before the first session and one at the conclusion.

 

How much is it? An annual membership is $3600 paid in full, or you can choose to pay in 6 installments of $700 each, or 12 installments of $400 each.

 

The Program takes a client on a journey through the following 8 sessions:

  1. Focus - Understanding your goals, having a plan and being able to control your time.
  2. Cash - Having an understanding of your financial mastery and what to look for in the numbers
  3. Leverage - Knowing your 5 ways numbers and how to calculate them, and setting up T&M.
  4. Lead Generation - Marketing and advertising.
  5. Conversion - Conversion is critical, so having good sales skills is the next step.
  6. Client Fulfillment - Having a Service and Delivery process that keeps a client is where profits are really made.
  7. Systems - Having a structure around your systems and processes
  8. Team - Managing you team.

 

There are 2 additional sessions (both of which are great networking opportunities):

  1. Leverage Game - Bringing it together with Leverage the Game. This session is conducted for all ActionCLUB and 1-2-1 clients.
  2. Attendance at a GrowthCLUB Planning Day.
