Yes, however, it’s not easy.  Bringing in someone from outside your circle to help is not a sign of weakness but of strength - Realising that making a lone journey to build a great organisation is great for your pride but not the best thing for your results.  You need to spend 4 years studying to be an accountant, 4 years to be an HR specialist, 4 to be a business strategist, and yet with the internet you can set up and be a Director of a business in approximately 4 minutes (after which everyone looks to you to be the expert!!).
