Step 1: The Alignment Consultation or Alignment Team Day
This is a must for anyone in business. It’s your chance to have an ACTION Business Coach evaluate your business and personal life, and identify many different areas of untapped potential. This process is a vital first step in getting maximum value from your commitment to the Mentoring Program.
The Alignment Consultation starts with an in-depth look at your goals, both business and personal, the sales and marketing strategies you have used previously and what results were achieved. The Alignment Consultation is basically a road map for the future of your business. It will give you a complete list of strategies and ideas that you’re not currently using in your business, as well as identifying those you are using that could do with some improvements.
The process of going through the Alignment ensures you, your life and/or business partners and your entire team are clear on your goals and objectives, before we begin to change anything. This is vitally important to ensure we are able to clearly identify what each person is striving to achieve.
The first step to the Alignment Consultation is to fill out the alignment questionnaire and send that back to me. We will then arrange a suitable time to conduct the consultation. The Alignment Consultation takes between 3 and 4 hours for individuals and can be done face to face or over the phone. I recommend that all decision makers be involved in this process, again, this includes business and life partners. An Alignment Day is designed for those businesses with more than five (5) or more team members and includes training, planning, goal setting and gaining congruence on the future of your business.

This program is designed for those business owners who are micro-buisness sized and launching in their first years of development. It’s designed for businesses with 1-3 employees which the owner delivering a large portion of the goods or services. It’s about establishing vision and mission, and a game plan that works while you work in the business.

This program is designed for those business owners or managers who want to get things started. It’s really for businesses which have just started, don’t have the infrastructure to take full advantage of the more in-depth programs, or just need an injection of enthusiasm and guidance each month or follow up programs for businesses that have completed a 12 month program.

This program requires additional time commitment and availability of the owners to execute key strategies on a weekly basis.

Freedom 1:1 - Making a Real Difference Program
Your ‘Making a Real Difference’ program is for those people who really want to kick their business along and achieve real goals for the year and have the teams and needs of an established buisness. Your business is probably already going well. You have some really solid ground work in place and you would eventually make it happen anyway, but you just know that working with your Business Coach would make a real difference to your life, the life of your team, and the position of your business in the marketplace.
This program is not for the faint hearted or the non-committed; it is for those business owners who are really willing to make a difference and are not afraid of taking on challenges. With the ‘Making a Real Difference’ program, your personal and your business goals are combined. Working on yourself is the key to implementing what you want in your business… Yes, we work on all areas of your business, but as your coach, there is more demand on us to really perform and not let you get away with all those old habits that have been keeping you and your business back. Career Coaching
Career Coaching Sessions:
There are four career coaching sessions after the initial consultation is completed. Each session will last up to 90 minutes and will result in discussions about the topic, progress from the last week, and goals and homework to be completed in the time between meetings.
Session 1: Discovering your Passions
Objective: Understanding what motivates you and what you would do regardless of pay, pain or obsticles because you are passionate about it.
To Do: Workbook completion / Discussion
Session 2: Finding a Job You Will Love
Objective: Take an online assessment that defines for you your natural behavioral style, your personal values and your task desires in the work environment.
To Do: Take online assessments review / Discussion
Session 3: Creating Your Resume
Objective: Complete a finished resume designed to reflect your passions, style and motivations as well as past successes.
To Do: Create a base resume for review and editing by your coach and you.
Session 4: Getting to Interview for Your Perfect Job
Objective: Learn how to find interviews without monster, craigslist or hiring a placement firm. Using resources at hand, carve a path to your perfect job.

Your Strategies
The number and combination of the Strategies that we implement during each program will depend on their size, complexity and your ability to undertake the workload involved. The appropriateness, order and priority of your strategies will be identified and discussed by you and I during the Alignment Consultation (which is a pre-requisite to any mentoring program) but may change during the term of the program to be responsive to the variables of your business.
I am, as a Licensed Business Coach, experienced in, and able to assist you with the strategic design and implementation of material in the following areas;
• Marketing/Advertising – Positioning your product or service, speaking to your target market, and creating marketing and advertising campaigns that deliver results utilising any of the following strategies: direct mail, newsletters, host beneficiary and strategic alliances, referral strategy, repeat business strategies, TV and radio, fliers, company brochures, yellow pages, business cards, stationery and image, turning quote into action plans, networking, and working with industry professionals to successful ends;
• Sales – Basic selling techniques, relationship building, using materials effectively in selling, developing sales processes, overcoming objections, and using sales scripts, hiring practices and tracking results;
• Strategic Planning – Identification of vision, values, and long-range plans to clarify where your business can and should go, understanding of the ‘SWOT’ of your business (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), understanding the purpose of the business and how it connects with your personal goals;
• Systems – Analysis of how materials are ordered, products are produced and delivered, the flowcharting and creation of systems to increase efficiency and output, preparation of the business to work without your involvement;
• Team – Review of the persons currently employed, analysis of what positions need to be fulfilled, job-matching people for those positions, development of organizational chart and position descriptions, conflict resolution and team building;
• Hiring Practices – Your Coach has a globally proven method to attract and hire the right new employees and contractors to your business, reducing cost, time and increasing success;
• Personal Growth – Development of personal goals, understanding of self image and internal positioning, plan for life-long learning, identification of behavioural styles, motivations for doing, and modalities of communication and learning;
• Goal Setting – Establishing ‘SMART’ goals, evaluating the outcome of each goal, systematizing the results of goal setting sessions to secure longevity of positive outcomes;
• Accountability and Execution – Motivation to achieve goals and complete strategies at an agreed upon pace, support and encouragement, assistance with developing timelines and overcoming obstacles to each strategy.
With the guidance of your Coach, you will develop dozens of marketing, sales, systems, team building, and personal growth strategies and initiatives to implement, test, and measure in your business. Your Coach will advise you in the effective integration of the most effective strategies into your business. They will always be designed so that you and your Coach can evaluate the results and determine the best strategies for future business growth.
