ActionCLUB Business Mastery Program
This program is designed to address the needs of start-ups, smaller businesses and those with financial challenges or wanting a cash flow boost. While the client does not have the sole attention of their coach because of the group leraning situation, the benefits of a group program do allow for attendees to build networks, to brainstorm with like-minded business owners and to feel as though they belong. The loneliness selfemployed business owners often experience suddenly seems to disappear.
The Business Mastery program is typically a 26 week education on the key aspects of building and operating a business. The group sessions require fortnightly attendance for between 18 and 26 weeks. Each session is 2.5 hours. A typical session consists of a 90 minute knowledge transfer section and a further 60 minutes of workshop and discussion.
Each session is presented with a workbook that enables the attendee to participate and take their own notes. Tasks are allocated at the end of each session for completion by the following session.
On the week between the group sessions, the attendee receives a 15 minute call to ensure they are on track and to give help if it is required.
Session 1 - 1 on 1 with your Accountability Coach. If you don't know where you’re going, how are you going to get there? During this session you will get clear about what you really want from you business and how this program will work for you.
Session 2 - FocusRICH. In this first group session you will set your goals, company’s vision and mission and you’ll learn how to build a great business from the base up. You’ll also learn about the importance of having a good plan and using your time effectively!
Session 3 - CashRICH. This session will teach you about the importance of understanding your financials. This is the key to knowing where your cash comes from and goes to...and how to keep some of it! You’ll learn how to read your financial statements, the cashflow cycle and how to achieve more than just a breakeven!
Session 4 - LeverageRICH. You will learn about the principles of leverage. You’ll focus in on the fastest ways to increase your business using Action’s 5 Ways mastery and the importance of testing & measuring...everything!
Session 5 - MarketingRICH You will extract your uniqueness, that which sets you apart from your competitors, and learn how to use it to get more of the customers you want. You will also learn about how to put to-gether a great ad to make sure your acquisition cost is low and your lifetime value high!
Session 6 - SalesRICH. You’ll learn about the different types of salespeople and the difference between old selling and new. You will learn to understand the question funnel and how to handle objections.
Session 7 - ServiceRICH. This session is about client fulfillment. Now you have don all the hard work to get them, it’s critical to keep them. You will learn about developing customer loyalty so your customers keep coming back… time after time.
Session 8 - SystemsRICH. Learn about systemizing your business. Learn how to create systems that run your business to produce massive results. Learn how you can work on your business rather than in it. You’ll also work with a systems coach on how to get it right!
Session 9 - TeamRICH. This session is all about building the dream team you’ve always wanted. Learn how to become a great leader to inspire them each and every day. Learn how to recruit great people and lead them to a business that works without you.
Session 10 - Leverage, the Board Game. This is where you get to have some fun and put into practice everything you’ve learned during the program.
Session 11 - 90 Day planning. Join all our clients in 90 Day Planning session. This is where you get to write your own plan for the next business period.
Session 12 - 1 on 1 with your Accountability Coach. Now it’s time to get clear on your next steps. In this session you will work through your progress with your coach, and decide on how you can keep moving. Many clients move into a 1:1 coaching program at this point because they see the real benefits of working one on one with their own coach. If not then we’ll help find a program that works for you anyway.
