The process of considering coaching involves 5 steps:

1. Share
your top 5-7 priorities so we can focus our dialogue about your business.

2.
Schedule a casual 30-minute face-to-face or phone meeting to talk with me about your business.

3.
Share your business background information.  Our 4-page questionnaire prepares us for the next step, a Complimentary Coaching Session.

4. We meet for a 3-hour Complimentary Coaching Session so you can experience what we do and outline your customized Coaching Program.


5. We sign a
Coaching Agreement (from which either party can withdraw at will).


1. A Business Alignment to “align” your business activities and your personal and business goals.

2. We immediately address critical issues such as no/low cashflow.

3. A Team Alignment (if applicable) to "align" your team with your business activities and goals.

4. A schedule of face-to-face or phone consultations to identify your goals, discuss your progress, troubleshoot your challenges, evaluate your ideas, and prioritize the actions you need to take in order to achieve your goals.

5. Access to hundreds of practical templates and systems developed through ActionCOACH's work with hundreds-of-thousands of businesses.

6. Critiques of your work on marketing, sales, operations, etc.

7. Consultations by your Coach with your key suppliers, customers, or professional advisers.

8. Strategies for Marketing/Advertising, Sales, Strategic Planning, Systems, Team, Personal Growth, Goal Setting, Accountability, Execution, etc.
