I have 25 years business experience building small to medium size companies. I am an Accountancy graduate, with broad experience including restructuring organisations, developing international teams and taking a division of a leading telecommunications organisation from zero sales to a $100M valuation in 3 years.

I have been fortunate to win numerous sales / management awards and visited well over 50 countries on business. I have spoken at numerous conferences on various management topics, had a number of papers published and run residential courses, predominantly on sales techniques.

My enthusiasm for coaching extends to running my sons local rugby team and I am a practicing rugby referee. I have lived with my wife and 2 children in Ombersley, Worcestershire for the last 15 years.

My goal is to help owners and managers of small to medium sized companies, such as yourself, spend less time working in your business and more time working on your business.
