SalesENRICHED 1st - 2nd March Within many businesses there is a significant opportunity to improve the overall performance through adopting a proven, structured sales approach. Greater, more profitable revenue is an aim for most organisations and SalesENRICHED helps delegates implement an effective systemised way of achieving this goal within their organisation. The tools provided have been successfully used by many committed to growing a healthy business. What does SalesENRICHED offer? SalesENRICHED de-mystifies the buying and selling process. We focus on understanding the buyer and devoloping great communications skills. Particularly powerful is the ability to simply listen and ask great questions. We enforce this learning by providing a structured approach, including working on a complimentary communcation skills set. we provide effective sytems so you can better manage your time working on the right deals - and the ones you can win. you will also recieve positive guidance and a chance to practice all the skills introduced. The course can be structured to help meet the specific goals of either a single company environment or a community of sales and general business executives. It ensures a more effective sales approach by training individuals to:
Logistics 2 full days (8:30am until 5.00pm) plus a morning half day follow-up (8.30am until 12:00pm). There will be basic preparation course work to be done by each attendee in advance of the programme There will be regular, prepared syndicate work exercises through the training, including between end of Day 1 and start of Day 2. Several weeks after the 2 day course there is 'refresher' half day, this ensures attendees 'seal in the learning's' and are kept on track. There are prizes throughout the programme; those successfully completing the course recieve a SalesENRICHED certificate. There are also a number of awards presented. Over time delegates will delegates will sometimes contact us for clarification, encouragement and advice - we welcome this. The programme includes handouts, along with folders, stationary items etc. Candidates will not be required to bring any material. All meals, refreshments and presentation facilities also included.
