Before joining ActionCOACH 11 years ago, Steve had 30 years in business development. He has expertise in management, marketing and sales as well as recruiting top performers to his teams. His experience spans a diverse range of industries including finance, insurance, personal services and retail and wholesaling. His corporate background has allowed him to master how businesses make the transition from growth to maturity.
   
2. He has a wealth of knowledge, an extensive business library and has been mentored by a number of high achievers, including multi-millionaire business entrepreneur Brad Sugars. 

3. In a BDM role, one team he managed achieved some impressive successes against much larger competitors.  The business grew from $43 million to $137 million in 6 years and launched several major new products into different markets.  As the CEO of a start up, he grew the business to $24 million in 3 years.
   
4. Giving back to the community is a high priority. Hence his involvement as Past President of Rotary Club of Pine Rivers and Hon. Treasurer The Bible Society in Australia (Qld). A mentor to the students in the Brisbane North Institute of TAFE Mentoring Program, a member of Brisbane North Chamber of Commerce and a counsellor in marriage and relationships, as well as having held many active leadership roles in his church. 

5. For his contribution to the Not for Profit sector, Steve received a Peter Drucker award from the College of Civic Management.
   
6. Passionate to see all businesses as thriving enterprises, Steve has a particular concern for owners of small and medium businesses. He continues to personally experience the benefits of working with his own business coach.
