What Is CoachingEverybody has fears, doubts and old-age beliefs, that combined with a lack of knowledge and experience, can be really frustrating! If you've ever gone home at the end of the day and been dissapointed in yourself for somehow avoiding that one thing you knew you had to do... you know what I'm talking about! A big part of coaching is certainly building your awareness of business and leadership skills, strategies and tactics, but at the end of the day, unless we also delve in to the way you think and what 'programmed' those beliefs and values, then its unlikely you'll take ACTION. This is how 'coaching' is different from 'consulting' by my definition. I don't tell you what to do based on what I believe... I work with you to find what YOU want out of life, identify what YOU'RE passionate about; what YOUR strengths are and with that as a starting point, guide you through what I call an 'ENTREPRENEURIAL APPRENTICESHIP' with a view to getting you creating a business that you love, but that you don't HAVE to work in. We have a range of tools to help you achieve that from a book to extensive one-on-one coaching programs over years, but in order to determine what's best for your situation we need to sit down and discuss where you've been, where you are now in your business and where you want to get to.
