I have been mentoring individuals and teams for the past 17 years in the Telecommunications,  Pharmaceutical and the Department of Defense Industries.  The company sizes ranged from Small to Fortune 500.   I've worked in several capacities including Regional Sales Management, Customer Service Supervisor,  Business Development and Software Integration and Test Management.

I have an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Information Technology and Project Management.

My goal is to help small to medium size business owners Maximize Profits,  Build the right Team and  Implement Systems so you spend less time working "IN" your business and more time working "ON" your business. In the end, you'll be spending less total time working and will be making more money. Together we will also work toward putting the the FUN back in your business and your life because life should be about Balance!

As a small business owner myself, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival of the business and making the amount of money needed to run my business and personal life. I understand what it’s like to put in long hours and wonder what happened to the dreams and vision I had for my life and future.
