v     Steve has 20 years of professional experience in successfully helping corporations, organizations and individuals achieve extraordinary results. His experience and expertise is in general management, strategic marketing, sales, business development, strategic partnerships and team and personnel development.

v     He earned both a BS and a MEd from Norwich University and has completed executive management programs at Harvard and INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).

v     Steve had an extremely progressive career during the course of 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He began his career in sales and marketing. Through consistently delivering results and enhancing his scope of knowledge, experience and responsibilities, Steve earned an executive marketing position at the senior executive management level of both a biotech company and global pharmaceutical company based in New Jersey.

v      As a senior marketing executive, Steve led cross functional teams that focused on creating value for the customer, which resulted in consistently exceeded sales and profit targets. He led a profitable business unit that generated $250 million in revenue and delivered a 59% increase in net sales within 3 years. Also, Steve successfully led and developed a pharmaceutical brand that achieved $500 million annually in less than 4 years, while competing with companies that had stronger market positions, brand awareness and resources.

v      Prior to his corporate career, Steve was a coach and educator at the college level, where he gained the expertise to effectively assess, coach, teach and inspire individuals to establish and attain their goals, as well as thrive in a high performance team culture.

v      Steve is an active member of the Maplewood Le Tip Chapter, Gateway Regional Chamber of Commerce in Union County and the Christian Chamber of Commerce.

v      Steve resides in Clark, New Jersey with his wife of 11 years and their twin daughters.  He invests quality time with his family  as they enjoy family vacations, being actively involved in their children’s activities, and participating in church events. Steve also serves as a Trustee and a Finance Director at his church.
