ActionCLUB

ActionCLUB is an amazing fourteen week program for start-ups or those who are not ready for 1-to-1 coaching.

ActionCLUB is seven evening sessions on everything from setting your goals and vision right through to team building, marketing, sales and many of the basic fundamentals you need to get your business really moving. It's like getting a semester of business education but it's all proven in the real world and ready for you to implement immediately. So you're focused on what you can do today to get your business moving.

In the seven meetings, we cover the following:
1.Creating Your Future - Covers how to set goals, how to develop clarity on what you're creating and how to accomplish it.
2. Generating Cashflow - Covers what are the keys to profitability and leverage, how to do more with less.
3. Streetwise Marketing - Covers what sets you apart from the competition and how can you use that to get more customers buying more often from you.
4. Sales Made Simple - Covers how to sell effectively, handle objections and improve your communications.
5. Build a Great Team - How to build the dream team you've always wanted and how to be a great leader.
6. Systemize To Success - Covers how to leverage your time through systems in four key areas, defining key performance indicators to measure results and how to gain control of your time.

ActionBOARD
 
It is estimated that 99.4% of all Fortune 1000 CEOs have a Board of Directors that they can lean on for advice and support. However, less than 1% of the leaders of Small to Medium Businesses have advisory boards they can turn to in times of need. The ActionBOARD program combines ActionCOACH's commitment to educating business owners with the benefits of having your own advisory board. This program provides an exceptional opportunity for you to grow your business with ActionCOACH Susan Roberts heading up, advising, and providing business knowledge. This is yet another avenue for Susan, and ActionCOACH to achieve their vision of “World Abundance through Business Re-Education”.
An ActionBOARD is an advisory group for helping business owners grow their businesses, and themselves, through education, leadership, support, advice, accountability, and teamwork provided by peer business owners. Through Susan’s extensive business connections, she will be able to bring in other business leaders in the community as guest speakers and advisors. The ActionBOARD program is specifically designed for owners and professionals to learn how to grow both their business skills and their businesses. Every member of theActionBOARD brings in their own business challenges where they are discussed by the BOARD; together an Action plan is developed for the owner to put in place. Members are then required to report on assignments from previous ActionBOARD meetings as part of the accountability activities.
The ActionBOARD members receive free membership in GrowthCLUB, which is held on quarterly basis, and is a day of goal setting and planning for the next 90 days. These goals will then be brought before the board, so by default members achieve more each quarter, and have a built in support group in helping them achieve their goals. Then if the needs dictate a more focused effort on a members business, they will also receive a discount on a1-2-1 coaching program with Susan.
Since the commencement of ActionCOACH, coaches like Susan, have always gained benefits from being involved in advisory groups in her community. She has found a lot of these groups lack leadership and direction – too often; they also lack a common purpose. This has resulted in poor attendance, lackluster participation and in some cases the ultimate demise of the groups.
The ActionBOARD has a distinct focus and direction facilitated by Susan Roberts, while you work together with your peers. With its structured agenda and clear goals, this is not just another social gathering. The ActionBOARDprogram is designed to be much more than another advisory group; it is designed to give members the opportunity to build valuable relationships, solve problems and learn profitable strategies to grow their businesses.
ActionBOARDgroups meet on a monthly basis for either full or half day sessions. Full day sessions include a continental breakfast and lunch. Half day sessions include either meal depending on what time of day it starts. This will allow time for a presentation, along with addressing each member’s individual goals and accomplishments.
