What is Business & Executive Coaching?

If you've ever hired a personal trainer to get you in top shape, you've experienced what having a personal coach is like.  A business coach is like a personal trainer for your business - they help form the strategies and actions that will help you achieve your goals, and hold you accountable to getting the work done.  An executive coach works on leadership skills, to help you gain critical competencies that are either preventing you from achieving the role that you deserve, or are preventing your team from performing at the highest level.

A big part of coaching is certainly building your awareness of business and leadership skills, strategies and tactics.  Sounds easy, but taking action on those things requires that we also delve in to the way you think and what has 'programmed' your beliefs and values that drive your behavior. 

This is how 'coaching' is different from 'consulting.'  I won't tell you what to do based on what I believe... I work with you to find what YOU want out of life, identify what YOU'RE passionate about; what YOUR strengths are and with that as a starting point, guide you through a regimen with a view to getting you creating a business that you love, but that you don't HAVE to work in.
