ActionCLUB Course

Session Overviews:

Session 1  Setting Your Future
If you don't know where you're going how are you going to get there? During this session you will set your goals, your company's vision and you'll learn how to build a great business from the foundation up. If you struggle with focus and business day-to-day, this strategic planning session will get you on track and clear about the business you want to build.

Session 2  Generating Cash Flow
Cash flow is the lifeblood of your business. You will learn all about the principles of Leverage and Cash flow Marketing, and you'll focus in on the fastest ways to increase your marketing results now.

Session 3  Streetwise Marketing
You will define what makes your business unique and make it really clear--why I should buy from you and not your competitors--and learn how to  use it to get more of the customers you want. You will also learn about developing customer loyalty and retention plans, so that your best customers keep coming back, time after time.

Session 4  Sales Made Simple I
You'll learn all about the different types of sales people and the difference between their selling and buying styles. You will learn the question funnel, performance standards, and how to create a sales plan that you can follow week-by-week.

Session 5  Sales Made Simple II
You'll build and practice your sales scripts, and learn how to handle objections in this confidential and safe setting, so you always approach your market with confidence. knowing that  you know what to ask and do to make your sales  meetings successful.

Session 6  Team Building and Leadership
This session is all about building the dream team you've always wanted. Learn how to become a great leader to inspire them each and every day. Learn how to recruit great people and lead them to help you take your business to a whole new level.

Session 7  Systems and 6 Steps to Massive Results
Learn about the four critical areas to create leverage in your business. Leverage is the key to creating systems that increase your capacity so your company can grow. We draw heavily from the work of Michael Gerber (EMyth) in this session, and the results are immediate.

Session 8  Financial Mastery
Learn how to use your financials to make better decisions for your business. We'll de-mystify your Income Statement and Balance Sheet, Break Even, and teach you how to use some great tools for prediction cash flow. Get this, and you'll find you're sleeping better at night because you'll know exactly where the business is headed.

Session 9  Leverage - The Board Game
This is where you get to have some fun and put into practice everything you've learned about business during the course. And you'll get to bring a friend along.

ADDITIONAL Session  GrowthCLUB 90-Day Planning Day
Each quarter, every ActionCOACH business owner takes a full day to step back, assess the last 3 months, get re-charged, and build their step-by-step action plan for the next quarter. This regimen will keep you on track, and let you learn and network with other business owners. Two Quarterly Planning Days are included in your ActionCLUB program.
