As owner and operator of Beacon Tool and Machine, I have had the opportunity to work with Tom Maier since February of 2006. When I first started working with Tom, I was skeptical. I couldn't see how many of the concepts he was teaching applied to my business. But, with an open mind, I learned from Tom how to apply his concepts to each aspect of the business.

I was so intrigued and pleased with the group sessions that I began to work with Tom in one-on-one sessions.
