1. Wez’s business background is in a diverse range of areas from corporate and business owner in the trade sector, franchise owner in telecommunications/electricity, franchise recruiter, trainer and coach.
2. Wez started out in Business in retail at age 18 and in senior management by 19. During that time he had all the normal business owner responsibilities and challenges of sales, marketing, profits, team and the operations of a business. Wez led a team of 5 to increase profits by over 160% at the age of 20. Wez worked out very early on that to change outcomes he must first change mindsets by motivating people to enjoy both business and life.
3. Since joining ActionCOACH, Wez has become part of a team of 3 business coaches in the Gold Coast area, who have collectively coached over 150 clients to drastically increase their business profits and live a better lifestyle by working on their business plans, sales, marketing and team.
